Terms & conditions

Template. This is starter content. Replace it with your reviewed terms, suitable for your jurisdiction, before going live.

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the FinTruvix platform. By creating an account you agree to them.

2. Nature of the service

FinTruvix is a cross broker social trading platform. It mirrors trades between accounts and maintains a verified reputation record. The capital you trade with remains in your own broker account at all times. FinTruvix does not take custody of it and does not trade from money of its own.

FinTruvix does hold one thing on your behalf: your FinTruvix wallet. Any balance you top up, and any earnings credited to you, is held by FinTruvix until it is withdrawn or moved. A wallet balance is not a bank account, is not protected like one, and earns nothing.

3. Risk

Trading leveraged instruments carries a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Trust Scores describe past, verified behaviour and are not a prediction of future results or a recommendation to trade. Only trade with capital you can afford to lose.

4. Fees

Fees are described on our Pricing page and in your fee terms. The platform earns a marketplace fee on strategist earnings, never on follower capital.

What is stored

Strictly necessary Always on

Signing in, staying signed in, and protecting forms against cross site request forgery. The site cannot work without these, so they are not optional.

Device recognition Your choice
